Automatic deviation control
Is the key factor affecting the quality of belt deviation. At present, domestic production of simple belt machine are using two axis drive, abrasive belt surface structure, between the axles is slightly higher than that of both ends of the shaft are 1.5mm, belt in the middle by force is larger, to alleviate the abrasive belt. But in practice, the structure is unreasonable. Belt in idling may for a long time without deviation, once on the job, due to the abrasive belt plate width, length and location is not standardized and belt force is not uniform, abrasive belt is easy to produce the phenomenon of deviation, especially in high belt speed is more serious, sometimes a belt can only use a few minutes just because of sideslip broken scrapped.
A photovoltaic device using the control shaft swing, the guide shaft is in constant swing, can control the deviation.
The working principle of the photoelectric control device of belt deviation:
Swing shaft installed on the bracket can rotate freely, bracket is connected to one end of the cylinder to the swing of the axis control, photoelectric device is fixed on the limit position of the edge of the belt. When working, the belt is driven by the cylinder to move right. When belt moved to cover the photoelectric tube, photoelectric device starts working, solenoid valve open, compressed air into the cylinder, promote axis deviating forward from a certain angle, abrasive belt moved to the left. When the belt is removed from the photoelectric tube, photoelectric device stops working, electromagnetic valve is closed, cylinder in under the force of the spring to restore in situ, drive axial deflection and belt to move to the right. When the belt moves to cover the photoelectric tube, photoelectric device starts working, the solenoid valve is opened. So the cycle continues, so that the swing shaft is always in the swing state, the swing frequency is 30 times /min. Belt kept within the scope of the provisions of mobile, ensures the quality of the belt, and improves the production efficiency and the belt service life.
