Belt machine operation and maintenance
Belt machine operation: the belt surface to be polished and kept parallel, the tool moves back and forth. Hold the hand wheel and the handle in front. Note: do not force pressure belt machine. Tool weight will be put on appropriate pressure.
Overheating pressures will cause motor stall, burned, workpiece and rebound.
Belt machine maintenance
Note: in the inspection, maintenance work before, must turn off the switch and the power plug.
1, the dust bag is full, should be emptied, otherwise the vacuum performance will become poor.
2, to replace the carbon brush.
(1) regular replacement and check brush. When the wear line is worn to the maximum line, it will need to be replaced.
To keep the brush clean it and make it in the clip can slide freely. Two carbon brushes should be replaced at the same time.
(2) take the lid under the brush holder with a screwdriver. Remove the carbon brush wear, insert a new brush, brush holder and tighten the lid.
